Does the calculator add GST?

Yes, as a separate column. INR without GST is monthly USD times the snapshot exchange rate. INR with GST is that amount plus 18%. TokenRate does not add any fee of its own.

Is this my final OpenRouter bill?

No. The figure uses the listed per-token prompt and completion rates in the current snapshot. It ignores cache discounts, image fees, request fees, credits, and taxes charged outside this 18% GST display.
